Reflection On All About Me Commercial

Hi Bloggers, this my reflection hope you guys can see what I think about the commercial and what I think I could do better for the next one:)


1. What technology did you learn to use?

Answer: I learned how to upload my pictures that I had on my phone to my computer. Which was just using the charging cord of my cellphone and plunging it to my computer and phone. Editing was an another thing I learned. For the platform I used capcut and I found many different transitions. In end I only sticked to one. The last trick I learned to do was to create stickers with phone due to the new update my phone has. I could just tap my screen and copy and paste it to the picture or background I wanted. I used this with the teddy bear section.

2. What did you learn about the process of putting a project together?

Answer: I learned that I needed to use all my resources. For example for this project, I didn't use capcut but other apps I also have experience with. Instagram helped me with the colleges while capcut was an easy platform to use for making and editing the video. Which in end helped me a lot to learn how to edit properly. The planning also took a long time surprisingly. Usually for my projects it doesn't take a long time with planning. But in this video it took a long time because I needed to be creative and make sure I followed the guidelines. 

3.What do you think you can do to make the next project better?

My project was great but it definitely needs some work. It was the small differences that could make my project better. For example instead of choosing the same transition I could have chosen different ones. I could also make the video coordinate more with the song. There were other things as well. But the other aspect of the project I would change is the panning. I would take more time on it so I wouldn't be struggling during the production blogs. So those would be the things I would do differently.

  Hi Bloggers, I am finally back! Today I am going to explain the first day of filming for this amazing project. Since I was the director I needed to get there first. To see what place looks best for each scene. I honestly love the place that me and my group choose at the end. The park gave that sense of horror and since the day light saving the sun went out early. Allowing video seem as if it was filmed in the dark but honestly was filmed around 5-6pm. The trees also seemed as if the video was taken in a camping site. Due to how tall they were. Now when starting filming it took me a second because I had to tell my team mates how to do each scene and what to say exactly but in the end it didn't take as long.   Hi bloggers, hope your having a fantastic day.  Today I am finally going to explain what I worked on now with the commercial. I haven't work on the commercial for a long time due to my other classes but today I used my 3 hours of homework to finally start using my camera so I can do the introduction of video. I had to spend like 20 minutes of time for the pictures again. I know I had to have the pictures done. But my teachers told me it was suppose to be to 30seconds to 1minute. My video was going to be longer than 4 minutes so I had to see how I was going to cut it. I am basically just going to show some pictures of me and my love ones. The other pictures are going to be of all my hobbies I had in my life. So first I choose where my video was going to be shot which was going to be in my room. Re-Editing Blog

  Hey bloggers, I am back but not with the reviews yet. I changed my mind and decided to edit my video again. One of my teammates made a new ending which made the whole team come back an see if we like it. Which I did, I thought it was amazing. It had the perfect cliff hanger to it. Yes the team and I needed to edit it a little  but it was the best option to the video.  It was a driving scene, in which my teammate was driving while his mom was filming him. He drove slow but in the video we increased the speed by like 5 making it seem as if he was driving super fast. After cutting and adding noise to this last scene, we watched the video again. We each took notes on the video. I noticed that the monster could have a better noise affect and the scream of the victim could have been louder. To increase the horror of the film. I also thought we could add some audio to the car scene so it won't look weird. So I suggested a 911 call or a call of help so it can seem more intense....
